Involved in development of over 2000 residential, commercial and retail sites throughout New Jersey. The work includes all facet of site and land development construction management and inspection services including but not limited to the review of site plans, specifications, construction management services for civil and geotechnical work, concrete, utility installation, buildings and structures, roads, landscaping and other site related work.

Worked as construction managers on several residential projects sites for various developers. The duties were to inspect all site work which includes roadways utilities detention basins, curb, sidewalk, paving. Design and construction inspection of concrete and block retention walls. Concrete inspection involved hot and cold weather converting and quality control of concrete work.

Excellent relationship with the Engineering and Building departments of various townships. Inspection experience of rock and concrete crushing operation and utilization of demolished building brick and concrete material in road ways and pipe beddings. Excellent knowledge of ASTM test required for soil concrete and asphalt. Involved in value engineering, dispute resolution and help the client to understand and negotiate the change orders.
