The project consist of redevelopment of a Brownfield site located in the
industrial section of the City. The site is approximately 13-acres and had
several development challenges.
The project includes approximately 200,000
square feet of a new warehouse / storage facility, 4-story office building,
trailer storage and parking. The development of the parcel required NJDEP
waterfront permit and close
coordination with the Conrail due to
existing active freight line service
dividing the site in to two parcels.
The project design involves
preparing site demolition plans and
coordinating demolition activities
with the utility authorities and the
City, designing / evaluating
elements of the overall project such
as utility infrastructure and
regulatory requirements as well as
providing detailed engineering, and
landscape design and a complete site
plan design documents.
