As project managers, responsible for site civil, environmental, geotechnical, and permitting required to obtain Local, County, State, and Federal approvals for a waterfront development industrial park project on a tributary to the Delaware River.
 
The site is a 143-acre farm property without water and sewer service in Salem County, which is to be developed into a 2-million-square-foot light industrial park. Duties have included coordinating with joint venture partners; performing an ALTA site survey; delineating wetlands; performing an engineering due diligence assessment; designing utilities, conducting a traffic study including sewer, water, gas, and stormwater retention basins; designing roadway improvements; and developing preliminary site subdivision plans.
 
This project has required dealing/interfacing with the client, property owners, the State, Salem County Freeholders, Utilities Authority, Planning Board, Engineer, NJDOT, attorneys, and the Township.
