The project involves providing stormwater management design for a mixed-use and residential sub-division located on this 315-acre tract in Hardyston, NJ.

 

The proposed development includes a New Town Center for Hardyston, retail components and 700+ single family and multifamily residential units. Have to work closely with the design engineers and planners in coordination with the NJDEP's Land Use Regulation Program (LURP) to design the water quality and groundwater recharge BMP's in accordance with the recently adopted NJDEP's stormwater regulations.

 

The project includes design of combination of structural and non structural BMP's including Bio-Retention Systems, Infiltration Basins, Sand Filters and Manufactured Treatment Devices.
