As project managers, responsible for site civil, environmental, geotechnical,
and permitting required to obtain Local, County, State, and Federal approvals
for a waterfront development residential project on the Delaware River. The
site is a 13-acres Brownfield site with a 1,170 foot long pier extending into
the Delaware and is one of many sites in the Southport Redevelopment Area.
Responsible for preparing site conceptual plans to maximize unit count and
density while addressing waterfront development public access requirements and
permitting to design and install a new pier bulkhead. In addition, prepared
bulk standards for the development and adoption by Gloucester City and is
responsible for receiving NJDEP
No-Further-Action for the site.
